He couldn’t believe his grandfather was at it again! All Hunter Osland had to do was walk into a board room and discover Sinclair Mahoney, his one night stand, seated at the conference table to know why Cleveland Osland bought Lush Beauty Products. To manipulate him.
Sinclair couldn’t believe her eyes or ears. Hunter Osland was the new CEO! While that could be great for the company, she will absolutely let him know one night was one night, that’s it, then it would be on to business.
Presenting Hunter with a previously shot down fabulous idea to coincide with the Valentine ball launch for the Luscious Lavender line might have been going behind her boss’s back, but once given the go ahead, things seem to unravel. Her boss seems set on giving an underling her files and input on the Valentine ball, which has been her project. Chantal is gorgeous, she wears the product, she sells the product. Something Sinclair never thought she had to do.
Hunter believes in Sinclair and they begin to work together. Not only to get her PR idea onto secure footing, but to secure her position within the company. She’s going to have to use her brains and her beauty. What better place to give the beauty aspect a makeover, but Paris? And they call Paris the city of love, don’t they? But will Sinclair and Hunter discover love, or will they pick up where their one night stand left off, with no emotional entanglements?
I always enjoy a story by Barbara Dunlop and Beauty and the Billionaire was no exception. The story is lush and romantic with a smidge of humor. Hunter is impulsive and charismatic and sensitive. Sinclair is intelligent and confident and vulnerable. It carries all the great elements to entice the reader to slip into a hot bubble bath, book in hand, and watch as they fall in love.
Ms. Dunlop gets better and better with each book. Take the time to enjoy her stories, her characters, her imagination.
