Dear Readers,

A Family of Their Own is a very inspirational read. The main characters, Kelsey Rhodes and Ross Salburg, have both been subjected to very serious problems (sick children; Ross's wife's death and the fact that Kelsey's husband betrayed her with her best friend). But, this story did not completely circle around Kelsey and Ross alone. There were many other things going on that had an effect on the story and made it much more interesting to the reader. Kelsey had a lot to overcome concerning the treachery of her ex-husband and the author brought in many feelings of forgiveness to help Kelsey deal with this extremely difficult time. With Kelsey's daughter's health improving, Kelsey counts her blessings and tries to find a companion to ease the pain of all the problems that she has had to face. Ross Salburg, a very handsome single Dad seems perfect for her and he also has a child who has health problems.

This is the second book in Gail Gaymer Martin's Dream Come True series. It's a truly inspirational book that will bring readers to a happy ending and still tell the stories of two single parents dealing with the serious illnesses that inflict their children. The author shows that life can bring serious problems to us all but, we can overcome these problems with good friends and family and, of course, with God's help.

I recommend this book to all readers. It will give you a good feeling that no matter how difficult life can be sometimes there will be a light at the end of the tunnel. A really lovely book!!
