If you put Kismet Cookies under your pillow on Christmas Eve, youíll dream of your one and only true love. The people of Twilight, Texas know and believe in the story with all their hearts. Years ago when she was a teen, Sarah Collier had been dreaming of her true love for several years. It was Travis Walker and while she couldnít share the name with her Grandmother, she knew he was hers. So when she finds out on Christmas morning that Travis is marrying another girl, she rushes into the church without thinking and tries to stop the wedding. It makes her the laughingstock of Twilight and she leaves to never return again.

You should never say never because it just tempts fate. Sarah becomes a well-known author, Sadie Cool, with a childrenís book revolving around the Kismet Cookie recipe. When she is asked to be mayor for the week and come celebrate with a dying girl, what can she do? Sheís compelled by the little girlís letter and decides to go and hope nobody recognizes her as Sarah.

Imagine her surprise when she figures out that the little girl, Jazzy, is none other than Travis Walkerís little girl. Heís now divorced and a fantastic single dad to Jazzy. The pull is still there and itís getting stronger than ever. But Sarahís life is in New York and Travis canít leave Twilight. While the First Love Cookie Club keeps trying to throw them together, they are trying to pull apart to figure out if they really have something that can last. When someone else returns to Twilight, Sarah knows she must walk away from Travis forever. Will her heart survive another heartbreaking departure from Twilight? Will she ever be able to write again?

Itís another heart-warming romance from Twilight, Texas. Lori Wilde has created a community that Iíd love to be a part of. They celebrate each holiday with total abandon and have stories and lore for each one. The traditions are ingrained into all they do and while a lot of it is for tourist dollars, we find that each person in Twilight believes a good portion of the lore.

Sarah is quite an introvert and itís hard to see her with such an extrovert. Travis is everyoneís friend and he knows everyone. Heís often the center of attention and thatís hard on Sarah. But, they say opposites attract for a good reason. As you watch Travis and Sarah interact, you see how they each balance the other. Youíll be rooting for them to get over their differences and get together. With an ending worthy of nowhere else but Twilight, I laughed and cried through the last word. Iím happy to report weíll be back in Twilight in April 2011 with the book, The Welcome Home Garden Club.
