M.J. Holliday is a psychic medium and is head of a team that hunts ghosts on television. In her latest adventure she finds herself and her team in Scotland. There is talk of a curse in the small town of Queen’s Close. M.J. and her team think this is the perfect place to hunt some ghosts. But when one of her crew starts being targeted by the ghosts, M.J. must unravel the mystery before someone becomes the next target of the curse.

Normally I read paranormal romances but I seem to find myself gearing towards the paranormal mysteries lately. Ms. Laurie provides such a rich environment and wonderful characters. Her ghost hunter series is a perfect blend of the television show Ghost Hunters and the sleuthing abilities of Nancy Drew. M.J. Holliday shines as the main character. She is a no nonsense business woman with the ability to talk to ghosts and help them get to the light. Ms. Laurie also gives the best location for M.J. and her crew to go ghost hunting by putting them in ghost-filled Scotland. This is the fourth book in the series and I know I will definitely be waiting for the next to come out.
