Lori Pepio's NY Cheesecake

Filling:
3-8oz. pkgs cream cheese, softened
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
1-1/2 cups sugar
1 pt. sour cream
4 eggs

Beat all with mixer.  Then add 1 cup heavy cream.


Crust - Prepare in spring pan: 1 cup graham cracker crumbs 3 Tbsp. brown sugar 3 Tbsp. melted butter dash sinnamon Press into bottom of pan.
Pour filling into spring pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 1 hour. Shut off oven and let stand in oven for one more hour. Remove from oven. Refrigerate. Should be good to eat at least 4-6 hours later. Best if prepared day before. Enjoy!!
