1 20oz. can crushed pineapple (do not drain) 1/2 cup sugar 2 eggs beaten 2 TBSP corn starch Cinnamon Mix everything together except cinnamon in a 2qt. casserole pan. Sprinkle the top with cinnamon. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Every covered dish dinner I am asked to bring this. I use it as a side dish like a vegetable.
