Cake 1 yellow cake mix 4 eggs 1/2 cup oil 1 small instant vanilla pudding 1 cup water Topping 1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple (do not drain) 1 cup sugar 1 large instant vanilla pudding 1 - 8 oz. container whipped topping coconut (optional)
Mix cake mix, eggs, oil, small instant vanilla pudding, and water for 5-7 minutes. Pour into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool cake, poke holes into it. Combine crushed pineapple (with juice) and sugar. Bring to a boil until sugar dissolves. Cool and pour over cake. Mix large pkg. vanilla pudding according to directions and pour over cake sealing edges. Refrigerate overnight. Ice cake with whipped topping and flaked coconut.
