Chocolate Bon Bons

1 package Oreoís
2-8oz packages of cream cheese Ė room temp
2 T vanilla
2 # (pounds) powdered sugar

Chop and crush Oreoís into fine crumbs (like coffee grounds).

In a mixer, beat the cream cheese and vanilla.  Add powdered 
sugar 1 cup at a time until mixed well.  Take 3/4 of the ground 
up Oreoís and completely mix into the creamed mixture.

Cover and put in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.  
(If itís not VERY cold, the mixture wonít roll and hold well.)

When well chilled, roll Bon Bon dough into balls, then roll in 
the left over chopped Oreoís.  Place in a sealed container or on 
a plate covered with wrap.  Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
