1 ½ pounds frozen meatballs 1 can stewed tomatoes (14 ½ oz.) 3 ½ cups potatoes, peeled and cut in 1” cubes 1 ½ cups carrots, sliced diagonally bay leaf 2 cans beef gravy (10 oz ea.) 1 cup frozen peas, (thawed)
Bake meatballs according to directions on package. In 6-quart Dutch oven over medium heat combine all ingredients except for peas, and heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 25 minutes. Stir in peas. Cook uncovered 5 minutes more. Discard bay leaf before serving.
