Caramel Apple Latté

A soothing, spicy blend of Vanilla Ice Cream, caramel and apples. 

1 cup caramel apple dip (not fat free)
3/4 cup frozen apple juice concentrate
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground allspice
boiling water
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
2 cups Vanilla Ice Cream

In a blender container, combine all ingredients except boiling water. 
Blend until smooth. 

To serve: spoon 1/3 cup latté mix into a large mug. Add 6 ounces boiling 
water, stir until dissolved. 

If desired, mixture may be stored in the freezer (it remains spoonable 
when frozen). 

Makes 10 servings.
