Cheesecake Squares

2 pkgs Crescent rolls

Filling:
2 pkgs cream cheese (8 oz pkg) softened
1 egg yoke
1 tsp almond extract
1/2 c sugar

Topping:
1 egg white beaten
1/2 c sugar
Cinnamon to taste

Spread 1 package of the crescent rolls on the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan.

Beat all filling ingredients until smooth and creamy. Spread atop 
crescent roll base.

Spread 1 package of the crescent rolls on top.

Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over all.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
