2 1/2 c. cooked rice 2 - 15 oz. cans chili con carne (no beans) cheese slices / shredded cheese (to taste)
Make layers in a greased 1 - 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish as follows: rice, chili, and cheese, repeating layers until all ingredients are used up. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and ingredients are heated throughout.
