Chili Rice Casserole

2 1/2 c. cooked rice
2 - 15 oz. cans chili con carne (no beans)
cheese slices / shredded cheese (to taste)

Make layers in a greased 1 - 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish as follows: rice, chili, and cheese, repeating layers until all ingredients are used up. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and ingredients are heated throughout.

My grandkids really love this recipe!
