Chocolate Sheet Cake

Mix and set aside:
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt

Bring to a boil, then remove from heat:
1 c. (2 sticks) oleo
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. water

Add the hot mixture to the flour mixture and beat well.

Mix together:
1 tsp. baking soda 
1/2 c. buttermilk.  
Add this to... 
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Add to cocoa mixture and beat well.  Pour into greased 10x15 pan.
Bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 min.


Frosting

Pour over 1 lb. powdered sugar:
6 Tbsp. milk
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. oleo

Beat well.  Pour over warm cake.  For a bar, bake in jelly roll pan.

Chopped walnuts are optional in cake or on top of frosting.
