Garden Cafe Muffin

Mix and set aside:
8 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1-3/4 c. cream
1-1/2 c. sour cream

Mix:
8 c. flour
3 c. sugar
1-1/2 Tbsp. bk soda
1-1/2 Tbsp. bk power
1 tsp. salt

Add to the dry ingredients by mixing with hands:
1 lb. melted margarine

This will be lumpy. To the lumpy mixture add:
5 c. fruit any kind or 3 different kinds (equaling 5 c.)

Add this mixture to the wet ingredients.  Mix up - don't overdo.
Sprinkle w/sugar on top before baking.  Bake at 350 degrees till 
done - not soft in middle - approximately 20-30 min.  
Makes 48 muffins.
