Italian Seeded Cookies

Mix together: 
7 eggs
1 cup oil
1 tsp-1 tbls Anise extract
1-1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp-1 tbls Almond extract
1 tsp-1 tbls Lemon extract

Add: 
(Optional) 1 cup nuts
7 cups flour
7 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Bake:
Sprinkle sesame seeds over each teaspoonful of batter and bake on a
greased cookie sheet @ 375 degrees for 13 minutes.
