1 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp freshly ground pepper 1/4 c. lemon juice 1 Tbsp. minced onion 1/2 c. salad oil 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1 clove garlic, crushed 1/3 tsp. rosemary 1/3 c. soy sauce 1/4 tsp. ginger (powdered) 3 Tbsp. honey 2 Tbsp. vinegar Place all ingredients in blender container. Blend until smooth. Pour marinade over steaks in shallow pan. Marinate steak in refrigerator 10-24 hours in advance. Flip steaks at least 2-3 times. Grill steaks, or for those of you that cook indoors, broil marinated steaks 7-10 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes. Slice very thin and enjoy!
