2 lbs. hamburger 1 can mild enchilada sauce 1 onion, diced 1 lb. grated cheddar cheese 1 can cream of chicken soup a few chilie peppers, diced 1 can cream of mushroom soup 12 corn tortillas
Brown hamburger and onions in skillet. Add soups, sauce, and peppers to meat. Tear tortillas in pieces and layer meat, tortillas, cheese, repeating layers into casserole dish. Bake 15-20 minutes at 325 degrees. Sprinkle more cheese and continue baking for 20 minutes. Serves 8-12.
