Mexican Chicken

I have a big family so this is a large recipe, may be sized to fit your
family or occasion.
5-6 baked chicken breasts, shredded (pull apart with hands is easiest),
save the broth from chicken
2-3 cans of drained Rotel
1 large can and 1 small can of cream of mushroom (or chicken) soup
1 large bag of Doritos, any kind whatever you like
1 8 oz bag of shredded cheese (can be taco, or sharp)

Layer chicken in bottom of 9x13 cake pan. Crush Doritos into small pieces
and layer on top of chicken. Next layer the cheese on top of Doritos. Mix
drained Rotel and soup with about 1-1 1/2 cups of chicken broth. Then pour
over entire pan. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes, or until warmed through.
This is a favorite of my family and there are many variations with flavor, that
keep it from getting old. I have to take it to visitors Sunday every year at
Boy Scout camp and usually take 2 pans and come home with nothing.
