Pineapple Cheesecake

1 jiffy cake mix, yellow

Mix cake mix according to directions and bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.  Cool.

Filling:
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 c. milk
1 instant vanilla pudding
1 (16 oz.) can drained, crushed pineapple
Cool Whip

Blend 1 cup milk with cream cheese until smooth, then add pudding and the 
remaining milk and mix until smooth.  Spread on top of cooled cake.  Top 
with pineapple.  Finish off with a layer of Cool Whip.
