3 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes 2 eggs 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup milk 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 stick of butter or margarine, softened Mix all ingredients together and pour into lightly greased baking dish. Cover with topping. Topping: 1 cup brown sugar 1/3 cups flour 1/3 cup melted butter or margarine 1 cup chopped pecans Mix thoroughly and sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Very rich, but perfect with Thanksgiving dinner!
