This must be made the night before so the pasta can absorb the salad dressing.Rotini, or pasta of your choice 1 head fresh cauliflower 1 large bunch fresh broccoli 2 - 16 oz. Italian dressing parmesean cheese 3 tomatoes
Cook noodles and drain well. Mix in cauliflower, broccoli, and salad dressing. Sprinkle with parmesean cheese and mix again. Let set overnight. A couple hours before serving add the fresh, diced tomatoes. Just before serving a little more salad dressing may need to be added depending on how much the pasta has absorbed. Serve cold and enjoy!!!
