5 large or 6 small, very ripe banana's 1-1/3 cups sugar 2 eggs 1 stick margarine (softened) 2 cups flour 2 teaspoons cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon allspice 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 cup walnuts (optional)Spray pan with Pam. Mix together the first 4 ingredients. Combine the flour and spices and add to the wet mixture. Mix well and bake at 350 degrees for 60-90 minutes (until the knife comes out clean). Makes: 1 large loaf 2 medium loaves 4 small loaves (5-1/2" pans)
